1. Can I Return My Order?
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Returns are also not accepted on original artworks or custom-made orders.
2. My Print Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your print arrives damaged:
Steps to take:

Contact us at info@meo-art.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photographs of the damaged print and packaging.

Once the damage is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement print.
Note:

You are responsible for postage and shipping costs.

Your return package must be securely and well-protected.

If the damage happened during transit ,please file a claim with the carrier directly.

MEO ART is not liable for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.
3. My Package Is Marked as Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It. What Should I Do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for investigation.

Unfortunately, MEO ART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
4. Will I Be Charged Customs or Additional Taxes?
For international orders (outside the EU):

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
