1. Can I Return My Order?

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are also not accepted on original artworks or custom-made orders.

 

2. My Print Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

We take great care in packaging your artwork, but if your print arrives damaged:

Steps to take:

  • Contact us at info@meo-art.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged print and packaging.

  • Once the damage is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement print.

Note:
  • You are responsible for postage and shipping costs.
  • Your return package must be securely and well-protected.
  • If the damage happened during transit ,please file a claim with the carrier directly.
  • MEO ART is not liable for any damage caused by the shipping carrier.

3. My Package Is Marked as Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It. What Should I Do?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly for investigation.

  • Unfortunately, MEO ART is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.


4. Will I Be Charged Customs or Additional Taxes?

For international orders (outside the EU):

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country.

  • These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
